A three-day digital immersion with the company's key target audience allowed us to engage with them at a deeper level (e.g., image sorts, word selections, website critiques, and design explorations) in order to reveal their core truth: the only thing that matters in cloud security is strength.

 

Action

This led us to recommend a corporate re-name and shift in messaging. Today, this cloud security platform is trusted by UNUM, Whole Foods Market, BBVA Compass, Lifetime Fitness, and many other leading companies.
